February was cold and dry. A beautiful vegetative period until flowering, spared from the wind, which resulted in a historic grape harvest. July was hot (28 days at more than 30°C) and led to some water stress. Fortunately, the rains of 15 August came at the right time. They were very beneficial and quenched the thirst of the vines which were thus able to return to a normal cycle. The harvest took place in bright sunshine. The first white grapes were harvested on September 1st, and the mourvèdre grapes were picked on October 5th, when they reached full maturity.
