A fruity and spicy sherry cask-finished bottling from Murray McDavid's Cask Craft range. This range showcases how the flavour of different spirits interact with different cask types. In this case, this spirit from a Highland distillery near the Strathdearn valley was finished in an oloroso sherry hogshead from a bodega in Jerez de la Frontera.

Official Tasting Notes 
The spirit has notes of rich malt, fresh pastry and a hint of dried fruits. The cask finish imparts sweet spice, orange, nuts and currants. This marriage of the two has produced a sumphony of luscious, rich and fruity flavours with a long finish of praline and mellow sweet spice.
